CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:

U.S. Route 5: Brattleboro-Putney (Day Work)

Crews are continuing to work on the I-91 overpass between Old Ferry Road and Bennett Drive. This will result in a single-lane closure on I-91 beneath the bridge in addition to traffic control measures on the bridge. Concrete repairs will finish during the day. Milling and paving has been rescheduled for daytime work operations and will take place once repairs are complete - possibly as early as the end of next week. Final paint and bridge joints are planned once pavement is complete.

The paint crews are finishing touch-up paint throughout the project limits next week during the night. Crews will also be completing final work items throughout the project including placing topsoil, seed, and various clean-up items.
