SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program breaking news.

  • SBA EIDL program is still accepting applications for all businesses as well as 501c(3)(4)(6) nonprofits.
  • SBA EIDL advance (forgivable $1,000 per employee) portion of this program is now closed.

The Paycheck Protection Program taking new applications through August 8.

The new Prioritized Paycheck Protection Program Act (P4) extended the window for business owners to apply for PPP loans to August 8, 2020.

Not all lenders will choose to participate. Please visit the SBA's PPP Lender Search Tool or contact your SBDC if you need help finding a lender accepting P4 applications.

North Coast area lenders accepting new PPP applications include:
  • AEDC (case by case basis)
  • Coast Central Credit Union (from members only)
  • Redwood Capital Bank (case by case basis)
  • Umpqua Bank
  • US Bank
  • Wells Fargo (decision pending)
PPP Forgiveness

PPP lenders are not yet processing forgiveness applications because the SBA instructions have not been released. But do keep careful track of payroll and PPP related expenses so you're ready when the time comes.Talk to your business advisor about how to do that.

Reminder! If you think you want a non-COVID SBA-backed small business or commercial real estate loan now is the time.

SBA will automatically pay the principal, interest, and fees of new 7(a), 504 and microloans funded prior to September 27th.

Approved SBA 7(a) lenders in the North Coast include Redwood Capital Bank, AEDC Small Business Lending Center, US Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, Bank of America.

Customers order your products from Saturday to Tuesday and pick up their package of Friday Night Market goodies and CSA farm boxes from the Visitor Center. If they have found your take-out menu on the site they will have pre-ordered dinner to pick up from you on the way home.
