A special Lunch Hour event to provide an open inclusive learning forum for members and non-members alike.  
Mr. Carl Dickerson
Mr. Carl Dickerson is an award-winning entrepreneurial visionary, educator, leadership trainer and, founder and owner of Dickerson Employee Benefits. With over 56 years of experience in the insurance field, he develops customized solutions to help you think and perform better as a knowledgable agent transformative leader.

He partners with smart, innovative companies committed to developing the "leadership assets" using creative learning strategies in both physical and virtual settings.

When Carl Dickerson started Dickerson Employee Benefits in 1965, the Civil Rights Movement was in full swing. The diversity of global business in Los Angeles requires that we have a diverse workforce and ownership.

Just prior, Carl Dickerson was at the March on Washington D.C., the massive protest march that occured in August 1963. Some 250,000 people gathered in front of the Lincoln Memorial aimed to draw attention to continuing challenges and inequalities faced by African Americans.
