Colleen Wrenn

Colleen Wrenn, Executive Director of Paralympic Games for the International Paralympic Committee, is an exemplary leader in the world of international sports management and beyond. In addition to her involvement in multiple Olympic and Paralympic Games over the years, her international sports event experience includes organizing the world championships of indoor and outdoor Athletics and the Modern Pentathlon as well as contributing to the Olympic bid efforts for San Francisco, Doha, Russia, and Morocco’s FIFA World Cup bid.

Voviette Morgan

In August 2023, Voviette Morgan was appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of Safety and Security for the Los Angeles (LA) 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Ms. Morgan is responsible for overseeing security operations, working in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as developing and implementing safety protocols, policies, and procedures for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee. Ms. Morgan possesses over 25 years of law enforcement and national security experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and has built an extensive background in managing various complex security and counterterrorism landscapes.

Candace Cable

Candace Cable, has been an integral voice in adaptive sport, both through her athletic and post-athletic career. She was the first American woman to win medals in both the Summer and Winter Paralympic Games. After debuting on the Paralympic stage at Arnhem 1980, she went on to earn 12 medals over the course of her career, including eight golds. After competing in exhibition events in the first-ever Olympic wheelchair racing event in 1984 in Los Angeles, Cable competed at the 1988, 1992 and 1996 Games, as well as at five editions of the Paralympic Winter Games in the alpine and Nordic ski racing events.

Billie Greer



With 30 years of experience in the public affairs arena as an advocate and community leader, Billie served as Director of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Los Angeles regional office and a member of his senior staff from 2004 – 2010. In 2010, Governor Schwarzenegger appointed Billie to the Exposition Park & California Science Center Board, which oversees Park operations. She was subsequently reappointed by Governor Brown and continues in this capacity under Governor Newsom. Billie has been a IWF - Trusteeship member since 2011.
