Los Angeles will make history in 2028 — not only as host of the Summer Olympic Games for the third time, but as the first U.S. city since Atlanta in 1996 to welcome the Summer Paralympic Games following the Olympics. Much of the Paralympic action will unfold in Exposition Park at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, home to several competitions and the Paralympic Closing Ceremony. Join us for an inspiring and insightful program at the iconic Coliseum as we celebrate global excellence, human resilience, and Los Angeles’ leading role in shaping the future of sport. Many thanks to our evening moderator and IWF So Cal member Billie Greer for hosting our light dinner.
Breaking news! Joining us will be Candace Cable, a 9-time Paralympian and 12-medal winner, and Voviette Morgan, Senior Vice President of Safety and Security for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
