As we welcome in March, we extend our sincerest gratitude to our community for showing their support in countless ways. Your engagement and enthusiasm are fueling real change as we head into the 2nd month of this year's legislative session. With two separate bills underway, momentum is most certainly building. We are excited to see the continued advancement of psychedelic policy reform in our state, and we will keep you updated when we have the specifics on forthcoming legislation!

The Benefits of Detoxing Before a Journey
with Jodi Hubbell, LMT
Preparing for a psychedelic journey is as important as the journey itself, and detoxing beforehand can create the foundation for a deeper, more meaningful experience.
Sierra Psychedelic is thrilled to welcome Jodi Hubbell, LMT as this month's Third Friday event speaker! Jodi’s holistic approach includes a strong emphasis on detoxification—addressing diet, environmental factors, and energetic healing. She integrates modalities such as Reiki, assisting with Breath of Fire somatic breathwork, to help her clients release tension and reconnect with their inner strength. Passionate about the transformative potential of psychedelics, Jodi highlights the importance of preparation and integration to ensure that individuals not only embark on meaningful journeys but also fully embody the insights gained.
This talk delves into the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of detoxing, offering insights into how intentional preparation can enhance clarity, reduce distractions, and support a smoother integration process. Attendees will gain practical tips on cleansing the body, calming the mind, and aligning intentions to unlock the full potential of their psychedelic experience and support long-term well-being.
