FIRST COAST JUNIOR AMATEUR REPORT
JACKSONVILLE'S CARSON BREWER CAPTURES FIRST COAST JUNIOR AMATEUR
Carson Brewer did what every aspiring competitive junior golfer should do. He took on the challenges in his own backyard and played in the North Florida Junior Players Tour (NFJPT ) third major event of the 2019-2020 NFJGTOUR season. The prior two major events were the " King and Bear Open " and the " Hall of Fame Invitational "

Brewer took home top honors that included some pretty special rewards which include the newly designed champions belt and champions ring. Brewer along with Runner-up Easton Johnson from Kansas City. MO both earned fully paid entries and exemptions into the JAGA FIRST COAST AMATEUR and the Palatka Junior Azalea for their stellar play.

The First Coast Amateur will be played at Hammock Beach - Conservatory Course on January 18-20, 2020. The field of 96 is full with 36 players on the standby list. The Palatka Junior Azalea will be played on March 7-8, 2020 at the famous Palatka Golf Club. Go Get'em Boys!

JAGA's Jeff Adams was on hand to personally present the First Coast Junior Amateur Champion Carson Brewer (right) and Runner-up Easton Johnson their fully paid exemption to the JAGA First Coast Amateur.
The NFJG TOUR Staff and Head Golf Professional Bruce Mohler present Champion Carson Brewer the championship belt and the perpetual Chrystal Trophy which will bare the champions name for years to come.

WINS GIRLS TITLE!
Deland’s Lisa Colee (left) posted two outstanding rounds of 74-73=147 to take home the champion's trophy in the Elite Tour Girls Division. With the victory Colee moved into the second spot in the race for the TOP HONOR AWARD.

St. Augustine's Elizabeth Kondal applied the pressure in round two with a one under par round of 70, but would come up a couple short. Kondal captured the Runner-up Award.

EASTON JOHNSON IS
BOYS 16-18 CHAMPION
In addition to the overall Runner-up Kansas City's Easton Johnson (71-73) was awarded the Boys 16-18 Champion Trophy. NFJG TOUR Fall Tournament Series Winner Charlie Kurtz (70-76) was awarded the Runner-up Award.

Overall Champion Carson Brewer (70-72) playing in the ELITE TOUR BOYS Division would also receive the Champions Trophy and hard charging Nolan Harper (74-72) would take home the Runner-up Award.
RISING TO THE TOP!
A direct and compelling headline
Atlantic Beach's Keanu Evans (79-83) (right) displayed his fine play and talents in his last Rising Tour Event on the NFJG TOUR. With his victory comes a promotion to the NFJG TOUR Elite Tour. St. Augustine's Caleb Hobbs (83-89) was awarded the Runner-up Award.
Our Rising Tour Girls battled it out in round two both improving their round one scores by as many as five strokes. In the end it would be a three shot victory for Jacksonville's Emma Wells (91-87). Yulee's Alanis Santiago received the Runner-up Award posting some great scores (93-88). Both players are nearing ELITE STATUS!
WILLIAM MEARS - CHAMPION
In the end William Mears pictured with Caddie and Grandpa Keith Howard would stand alone and would be declared the Boys 10-12 Champion. With victory Mears would take over the lead in the PLAYER of the YEAR race for the Foundation Division, but there's a long way to go.
