At Old Fisherman's Wharf later in November, come by and enjoy the Majestic Christmas Tree, Dazzling Lights & Music Shows, Lighted Sealife-Themed Decorations and our new All Things Gingerbread Photo Contest!
Old Fisherman's Wharf will be beautifully decorated for the holiday celebration of Christmas on the Wharf so hope you'll stop by for family photo ops, including some new holiday decor soon, too! Pop-Up Movies will continue Thursday through Sunday into December, and they have many of your holiday favorites! Gates for all shows open one hour before showtime. Restaurants in Monterey are unfortunately starting to close up! California has 20% fewer employed restaurant workers than it did in February pre-COVID pandemic. In Monterey County, where the hospitality industry is the #2 industry for jobs, this means that you know people who are unemployed or underemployed. And all they want is to go back to work for you, their customers.
Help them keep their heads above water by purchasing restaurant gift cards for use at establishments offering outdoor dining or to-go options, or for use when we do finally reopen at normal levels. Your support means the world to them. Thank you!

Historian Tim Thomas continues his monthly Wharf Walks on the first Saturday of the month from 10 am - Noon. He asks everyone to wear a mask and he uses a personal megaphone so everyone can keep their social distance!
