Currently, as crews mobilize in the area for utility relocations and establish temporary access routes, navigating this section requires extra patience. The core of "The Sampson Solution" is a modernized, elevated overpass. By raising Sampson Street over the existing railroad tracks, the new infrastructure will completely eliminate the conflict between vehicular and rail traffic.
