Bridge Motel Redevelopment Plans

September 2016

Bridge Motel: 2524 Lombard at Divisadero. Estimate of proposed new structure - up to 65' tall (current zoning allows 40')
The Cow Hollow Association has been closely following  Community Housing Partnership's  (CHP) bid for the Bridge Motel. Their funding proposal submitted to Mayor's Office of Housing is not yet available to the public, but from what we've heard, it calls for the purchase of the property and redevelopment of the site into a 6-story structure with 80-100 units designated as supportive housing for individuals from  San Francisco's Navigation Centers. CHP is the current operator of the Edward II facility on Lombard and Scott.

We are working with Supervisor Mark Farrell's office, the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, and the Marina Community Association to ensure that CHP keeps our community informed of their plans.  More information will be available in the coming weeks and we will keep you updated.  Please direct all comments and question to .
