Good Afternoon,

I am excited to report that on November 7th, voters from Bridgewater Township and Raritan Borough resoundingly approved funding for full-day kindergarten in the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District.  This public question was the final part of our referendum, with the first two questions passing in March. Throughout the past three years, the goal of the Board of Education and Administration has continued to be transparent in providing information to the voters so that they could gauge the value this initiative would provide for our community’s schools.

The approval of these questions is the catalyst for generational change throughout the  Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District, as we can now offer full-day kindergarten and enhanced educational opportunities spanning multiple grades. 

I am grateful for the community's trust in our administration and board of education.  Please look for additional updates as we move forward with this initiative and a targeted start date of September 2026.
