We are officially in full-on summer mode and the heat is on, in more ways than one! No matter what you are doing as you head into this 4th of July holiday weekend, a good practice as you interact with all sorts of folks - whether they are familiar to you or not - is to observe whether you are approaching them from a place of connection and unity, or separation and "other-ing." It is a subtle, but profound difference.

As a country, we have become increasingly divisive (in my opinion, mostly due to the influence of outside forces who know the power of "divide and conquer" and a media that perpetuates and magnifies that narrative). And then in 2020 we were more or less forced into literal "separation" that was implemented to keep us away from one another - friend, family or foe alike.

So as we are slowly emerging from at least that part of it, it seems like everyone is a bit disoriented and needing to readjust and realign themselves in many ways. Disconnection may be pervasive, but the good news is that a direct antidote to disconnection is CONNECTION - first to yourself, and then to others.

I haven't done an in-person talk in well over two years, nor anything online since February 2021. I've been through a big chapter of my own personal growth and transformation which included a solid hermit phase, but I'm ready to peak my head out, get my sea-legs and connect with you all in that way again - I need it, and I think many of you might need it, too.

Therefore, I decided to offer a monthly online gathering called CONNECTING WITH KRISTINA. We'll have a new topic each time, and it will be a chance to share and gain perspectives and support from me and other like-minded folks, and we'll see how it evolves. For the first topic on July 19th, we'll be talking about CROSSROADS. Scroll down for basic details and stay tuned for a separate email with more information.

As I always say, personal transformation is the key to social transformation, which means we as individuals have the power to change the world by starting with our own, trusting that will have a ripple effect into the collective 'soup.' This is one way I hope to contribute.

It's also one of the reasons why I created my new book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul As an Amazon review from Mildred says, "The affirmations contained in this book helps to remind us who we really are." Check out some reviews and purchase on Amazon here and if you do, please consider writing a review and/or posting on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Today's PGG Video of the Week is asks if you're going to be a peacemaker or a troublemaker? This week's Instagram post is a fun reel I made about my book, and this one to begin your day in peace. Today's PGG Vibe of the Week, reminds you that no matter what you feel about the issues of the day, as Roy Ayers Ubiquity sings, Everybody Loves the Sunshine.
