IOM Research December 2018

We are delighted to share with you IOM’s latest research outputs, including the latest issue of the Migration Policy Journal, a press briefing on the one year anniversary of the World Migration Report (WMR) 2018, the French translation of the (WMR) 2018, the latest Migration Research Series (MRS) paper authored Prof. Bree Akesson and Kearney Coupland and the Arabic translation of the WMR 2018. Matthias Lücke and Mauro Lanati presented the key findings of the 2018 MEDAM Assessment Report on Asylum and Migration Policies in Europe. The report builds on in-depth economic analysis of how policy interventions in the EU may be further developed to protect refugees, respect the human rights of migrants, reduce irregular immigration to the EU, and foster economic and social integration of immigrants residing in the EU.
