Lawyers with ADHD often struggle with structuring their time and maintaining boundaries in a demanding profession.

This session, led by ADHD coach Cena Block, Certified Productivity Coach, Certified Organizer Coach & Consultant, Sane Spaces, LLC explores brain-based modes of attention and how to create sustainable work structures. Learn to set effective boundaries, develop routines tailored to your strengths, and create a work environment that supports focus and efficiency. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A and action-planning segment to help participants build practical strategies they can implement immediately.

This program is part of Briefly Focused: Lawyering with ADHD, a series of CLE webinars designed for lawyers with ADHD, those who suspect they may have it, and those who struggle with focus and executive functioning, regardless of diagnosis. Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or simply looking to enhance productivity, this series offers actionable insights to help you thrive as an attorney.

All programs will be recorded and available OnDemand through BHBA+. You will be able to register for the full series, as it becomes available, during registration.
