Traditional productivity advice often fails ADHD professionals—so what should you do instead?

Annie Little, JD, PCC, ICF Certified Coach, JD Nation, a career and ADHD coach for lawyers, will share helpful strategies for thriving in law firms from identifying the underlying cause(s) of your executive dysfunction to effectively asking for support without disclosing your diagnosis. This session will also discuss the importance of a supportive work environment that not only accepts but also embraces lawyers with ADHD, so that you can recognize when it might be time to pivot–whether by switching firms or using your JD in a different career. While the strategies outlined are must-haves for lawyers with ADHD, they can be used by any lawyer to boost their executive function skills, as well.

This program is part of Briefly Focused: Lawyering with ADHD, a series of CLE webinars designed for lawyers with ADHD, those who suspect they may have it, and those who struggle with focus and executive functioning, regardless of diagnosis. Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or simply looking to enhance productivity, this series offers actionable insights to help you thrive as an attorney.

All programs will be recorded and available OnDemand through BHBA+. You will be able to register for the full series, as it becomes available, during registration.
