Motivation can feel unpredictable for ADHD brains, but understanding the role of dopamine can help attorneys regain control. In this session, Lindsey Paoli, LMFT, LCPC, The MIND Performance Therapist, breaks down the neuroscience of motivation and how ADHD affects drive and focus. Learn practical techniques to boost motivation, sustain productivity, and naturally increase dopamine levels to improve focus and energy. This session will provide science-backed methods to help attorneys maintain momentum, even in demanding legal environments.

This program is part of Briefly Focused: Lawyering with ADHD, a series of CLE webinars designed for lawyers with ADHD, those who suspect they may have it, and those who struggle with focus and executive functioning, regardless of diagnosis. Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or simply looking to enhance productivity, this series offers actionable insights to help you thrive as an attorney.

All programs will be recorded and available OnDemand through BHBA+. You will be able to register for the full series, as it becomes available, during registration.
