The third and final phase of the Building a Bright Future Capital Campaign included the renovation of our beloved library. Today, we held a ribbon-cutting and grand re-opening as the library was dedicated in honor of O.J. Morgan, head of school from 2004-2021.

The interior was updated with new shelving, seating, tables and wall decor featuring book quotes. But the most anticipated upgrade was the slide! Throughout the year, teachers will use the slide as a way to celebrate achievements or the beginning or end of a unit of reading or writing. To watch a video of today's event, click here.

We know many alumni will want to see the library and even test out the slide. We will be planning events this year for alumni to do just that. Stay tuned!

We open the 110th year of Bright School with 15 new faculty and staff with an enrollment of 350 students. Three of our new hires are familiar faces. Do you see them?
