January's Desktop Wallpaper

We kick off this year with one of our valuable free services we offer—menu ideation.

Menu Ideation is a menu development consultation. Our team will evaluate existing produce menu items for food cost and waste, and also help with aligning labor by utilizing FreshCut items.

Are you using the right produce item for the right application? Would a Choice grade will work instead of a Fancy?

It’s the New Year! Let’s take a fresh look.
