CIP Finishes is a specialty construction firm that handles all aspects of interior hardware in multi-family residential and related projects. Let us bid your next project. We have the experience you need, and a reputation you can trust.
We’re in the Business of
Bringing Interiors to Life

CIP Finishes is working on a number of high-caliber, multi-family residential communities in Washington, D.C., and its surrounding region. We recently won our bid to provide interior finishes for the Capitol Courts luxury apartment community in the Hill East neighborhood near Capitol Hill (read more below). Other exciting projects underway include Chevy Chase Lake, where we will be responsible for bath accessories, shower doors, mirrors, bike racks, pet spa tubs and more for some of the buildings. We have a record number of projects in the pipeline, and our team has the experience and skill to take on more as the D.C. area’s strong housing market continues.

Furnishing and installing interior finishing hardware is detail-oriented work that takes place toward the end of a construction project, at a time when working efficiently is critical. We’ve honed this process over more than three decades in this business, so our work is delivered on time, on budget and to exacting standards of quality. We’re proud to furnish the details that bring these interiors to life. We’ve created a video to offer an inside look at our work.
CIP Finishes is a sponsor of Empowerhouse’s Night of 1,000 Pies fundraiser. This event takes place in Fredericksburg on Aug. 24, and all proceeds support Empowerhouse’s work to support survivors of domestic violence. Learn more about this event and buy tickets here .

High-End Living on Arlington’s Columbia Pike

Centro Arlington – a mixed-use community underway as part of the revitalization of Columbia Pike – features high-end amenities and a number of CIP Finishes furnishings. We are providing hardware for shelving, mirrors, bathrooms, shower doors, postal specialties and more, and are pleased to be working with L.F. Jennings, the general contractor, on this project. In other developments: WhyHotel will operate temporary hotel rooms during the lease-up phase in some of the 366 apartments; units could be available as early as August; and Harris Teeter has signed on as retail anchor. The property is at the corner of Columbia Pike and South George Mason Drive, which previously housed a small shopping center. ORR Partners is the owner and KGD Architects is the architect.
