JARI is pleased to announce the recent funding provided to Sapphire9. Sapphire9 is a clothing boutique located on the diamond in Hollidaysburg, PA at 225 Allegheny Street. Owner and operator, Natasha McKnight has been running the business since 2014 and sells women's clothing and locally made jewelry.
