Crystal Springs Resort:

Where Work Gets Done, Resort-Style

Dear BAB community,

Crystal Springs Resort, New York City’s closest resort located in northwestern New Jersey, continues to emerge as a destination for those with a remote work option. Offering the AAA four-diamond Grand Cascades Lodge and recreation rich Minerals Hotel, the resort represents an attractive choice for workers who crave a change in scenery from their home office.

For many, work from home became a desirable scenario, liberating staff from dressing up for the job and commuting hassles. After retrofitting home space into a workplace and conducting endless video calls to transact business, employees started longing for new and attractive work environments. Enter Crystal Springs Resort, which not only provides stylish and comfortable accommodations, but also offers a top-shelf collection of amenities including six golf courses,

two spas, three expansive pool complexes, a world-class wine cellar plus 10 dining options - including 4-star Restaurant Latour.

Located in Sussex County’s rolling mountains just an hour from the George Washington Bridge, New York City’s closest resort ensures access to fast Wi-Fi, printers and other office support as needed. Workers have found the appeal in holding a conference call from a bucolic mountain setting, and then taking time to enjoy morning yoga, lush golf fairways or wellness spas where services and treatments have been curated to help relieve tension and unwind.

Often times a change of scenery is what spurs an increase in productivity. To that end, meetings at Crystal Springs Resort have also grown in popularity for many New York area businesses. Rising costs in airfare, an unparalleled proximity factor plus a need to reconnect at a desirable destination have increased our bookings for group gatherings and retreats. Companies, like individual workers, are eager to venture out to a setting to raise productivity and unlock creativity. Crystal Springs Resort is an ideal solution for both.
