Spring 2020 Broad Application Now Live

The Spring 2020 application to the Broad College of Business is now open. All eligible students can now begin their application for the Broad College of Business.

If you have completed courses during a previous semester and/or are currently taking a class this semester that you want a part of your application, the Spring 2020 Transfer Course Documentation Deadline is May 6th, 2020 at 8:00pm. For more information on deadlines, refer to the information on the Broad Admissions page.

Major Exploration Series

Are you interested in exploring business related majors at MSU? Attend a Business Major and Career Exploration Session to learn more about business related majors at MSU. Topics include major degree requirements, employment outcomes, resources, and much more.

Prior registration is recommended.

Resume Bootcamp presented by Career Services Network

Career Services Network is hosting a Resume Bootcamp Friday, January 17th from 1:00-4:00 PM in the Erickson Kiva. Please bring a printed copy of your resume for a 15 minute critique and also, receive a free LinkedIn head shot just in time for the career fair season!

Diversity Career Fair (All Spartans are welcome)

Come engage with employers committed to diversity on Tuesday, January 21 from 3:00-6:00 PM at the Bresliln Center. Visit Handshake ahead of time for a list of the employers present and details on positions available. New this year: Students who self-identify with CORES & COPS are invited to attend the Champions of Diversity Networking Event after the Career Fair from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Education Abroad

Are you still considering your options for education abroad this summer? Come to the Broad College of Business Education Abroad Summer Programs Fair to learn more about the options offered by the Broad College.

Details: Thursday, January 16th, from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM 1st floor of the BCC.

Upcoming International Opportunities

Internship Webinar

Russell Palmer Career Center will kick off the Spring semester with a Schlumberger Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) webinar. The event will take place on Thursday, January 16 ^th from 7:30-9:00 pm in BCC N 336. This firm is currently recruiting for both internship and full-time positions for its major hub in Malaysia. All majors and nationalities are welcome to attend; the company is willing to provide a work sponsorship. We hope many Broad students will attend to learn more about what the firm has to offer and be adventurous enough to make a move to Southeast Asia.

International Corporate Trek to China

Russell Palmer Career Management Center have begun accepting applications for the International Corporate Trek to the Greater China region, which will take place from May 4-20 ^th . Details of the trek, application deadline and instructions are attached. Additionally, we will be offering information sessions on the following dates and inviting last year’s participants to share their key takeaways.
