BUMC Re-opening
We have been making plans for reopening the church for worship as everyone knows. We are still needing volunteers to help with greeting people and ushering them to seats when we do reopen.  I already have some faithful volunteers and am so thankful for them but need others. Please consider this if you plan to return to church as we reopen. God is watching over us as we go forward. We are going to be very careful to ensure everyone's health and safety. If you are willing, please contact Tami at the church office or email me at RCline51@aol.com . Thanks. Kim

Prepare for Worship
This Sunday we will celebrate Holy Communion during our online service. You are invited to set a table in your home. Find some bread (could be any form of bread, crackers, even goldfish or something similar) and juice (even water will do) and have it ready. It will certainly not be traditional Communion but there is nothing to stop us from sharing in table fellowship together. Let’s Support Those
on the Front Lines

During this unprecedented pandemic, we want to support those in our church family who are providing “essential services,” sometimes at great risk to themselves: healthcare workers, sanitation workers, those in the food industry, civil servants, community leaders, fire, police, ambulance services, National Guard, etc. If you qualify or know of someone, please send the name, occupation, and contact information (including telephone, email, and mailing address) to  office@broadwayumc.net .

Also please email the office if you want to be part of the support team by making phone calls, sending cards, providing meals, running errands, etc.
