What happens when God challenges the boundaries we’ve created between “us” and “them”? Peter’s vision invites us to see people differently, to widen our welcome, and to recognize that God is already at work beyond the boundaries we know.
Come worship with us as we listen, reflect, and consider what God might be asking us to see differently.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your stories, and your whole self.
We’d love to have you with us for worship this Sunday!

We invite all of our members, friends, and families to come out and support Broadway Christian Church at Mid-Missouri PrideFest, September 26-27. Stop by our booth, say hello, see the Broadway swag, and help us share a message of love, welcome, and belonging throughout our community.
And don't miss the Pride Parade on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.! If you'd like to walk with our Broadway group and be part of the float, please arrive at the Armory before 10:30 a.m. for lineup.
Not able to walk? That's okay! Come cheer us on from the sidelines along the parade route. Bring your family, your friends, and your best Broadway spirit. We would love to see you there! Let's show Columbia what it means to be a church where where love leads and all means all.

Technology Changes and Worship Guide Updates
As technology continues to change, so do the software systems and tools we use to communicate, plan, and share information with our congregation. Some recent software changes and shifts in technology availability are requiring us to make adjustments to the way our Worship Guides are delivered and shared.
We know that changes in technology can sometimes feel frustrating or confusing, especially when a system or process that has worked well suddenly changes. Our goal is to find a system that works well for our congregation, is accessible, and allows us to continue sharing worship information in a consistent and meaningful way.
As we make this transition, please be patient with us and with one another. There may be a few bumps along the way as we learn a new system and work through what works best. We are committed to keeping you informed as changes are made and will do our best to make the transition as easy as possible.
Most importantly, please be in prayer with us during this transition. Pray for wisdom, patience, flexibility, and for the technology and systems we need to support the life and ministry of our church.
Thank you for your grace, your patience, and your understanding as we navigate these changes together. We are grateful for a congregation that continues to show up, adapt, and make space for one another as we worship and serve together.

Broadway Blessings for Beasts
Bring your beloved beasts, great and small, to our annual Blessing of the Beasts on Sunday, October 4 at 3:00 p.m. in our outdoor worship space!
This special gathering is a joyful opportunity to celebrate the animals who share our lives, bring us companionship, make us laugh, teach us about love, and remind us of the beauty of God’s creation.
All beloved beasts are welcome! Dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, reptiles, and every other creature who holds a special place in your heart can join us for this time of blessing, gratitude, and community.
Bring your people, bring your pets, and come celebrate the gift of creation together. We can’t wait to see you and your beloved beasts!

Cross Missouri Crop Hunger Walk
Don Harter is preparing to make his 310 mile journey to help relieve hunger locally. He will set off THIS Sunday afternoon. As part of this effort, we’ll also be kicking off the 310 Food Drive Challenge. Our goal is to collect 310 non-perishable food items, one for every mile Don walks, by October 11. Last year Broadway's support brought in over 380 items and we would love to beat that record. Bring your items (see the list in the flyer above) and join us in supporting by stocking the shelves for this important cause. BONUS: You will find delicious donuts each Sunday to reward your journey to Fellowship Hall to place your items!
While Don is beginning this trek this Sunday, you can join him on the trail. Visit this signup and consider keeping him company during one of the trek days!
Remember you can also help Don Harter by walking or donating in the Cross Missouri CROP Hunger Walk , a meaningful journey to raise awareness and support for hunger relief.
