Mailing error corrected for PPO enrollees
We recently mailed outbound enrollment and verification (OEV) letters and enrollment confirmation letters to some WellSense Signature Access (PPO) enrollees. Unfortunately, these letters contained a paragraph that incorrectly stated members were enrolled in a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan.
We want to assure you and your clients that WellSense Signature Access (PPO) members were enrolled in a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan. We have fixed the error and are sending all impacted members this letter. If you receive client calls, please reassure them that it was an administrative error only.
