Greetings Bronco Family,

It is with great joy and gratitude that we write to you as we approach the end of another academic year. It's hard to believe, but students will be taking finals soon, and some will even be celebrating at our in-person Commencement ! Whether this is your students' first time taking finals or their last, we'd like to congratulate you on all of the fantastic support you've given them! Please keep reading to learn about Commencement, our Bronco Family Chat, the Parent and Supporter Feedback Survey, and Grad Gear & Regalia.

Commencement 2023

Cal Poly Pomona’s Commencement ceremonies will take place in the University Quad on May 22, 23, and 24, 2023.

Each ceremony will be 90 minutes in length. Guests should arrive at least one hour prior to the ceremony. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the walk to the University Quad is slightly uphill and may take 15 minutes from all parking lots to ticket entry points.

Parking is free for all Commencement guests during Commencement dates, May 22-24, 2023. Please note your parking location. Signs and staff will be onsite to guide you to the nearest available parking. ADA Parking is available in Lot C and Lot J (Please display your Disabled Parking Placard)

Bronco Family Chat

Important Dates and Deadlines

May 1: Online Orientation Opens. Part 1 of the Online Orientation is now open! You can access it here.

May 13-19: Finals Week. The schedule for Finals Week is posted here.

May 15: Last Day to Register for Orientation. For more information about orientation, click here.

May 17: Bronco Family Chat. Join us for a virtual chat and Q&A with campus partners, and the Bronco Family Team. RSVP here.

May 29: Memorial Day. All CPP offices and departments will be offline.
