A Message from Dr. Hilton

Dear Bradfield Families,

Even though we just returned to school from the winter break, I hope you were able to enjoy some of the winter weather this last week. It was great to sit by the fire, drink some cocoa, and watch the snow blanket the yards.

January is School Board Recognition Month, and HPISD joins districts across the state of Texas in thanking its Trustees for the countless hours they voluntarily contribute every month to support our staff, students and community.

These seven individuals are critical to the success of students. Thank you to our trustees who serve the Highland Park ISD students, staff, parents and community. I invite you to take time this month to express gratitude to our trustees for their service. Click here to learn more about our HPISD trustees.

A Message from our PTA President, Rachel Reed

I hope everyone stayed safe and warm on our Snow Days. I guess Mother Nature is helping us ease into the second semester with our “bonus” four-day weekend!

PTA has many volunteers working behind the scenes all year on many essential functions. I’d like to express a huge thanks to Corrie Rae, our VP of Technology, for working so diligently to keep our website updated and ready to take in payments to PTA, coordinating with her PTA committees, and managing PTA’s many other crucial technology platforms. Corrie’s consistent willingness to jump in wherever and whenever needed is a true asset to Bradfield!

We are at the point in the year where PTA planning for 2025-2026 really ramps up. I encourage everyone who is interested in being involved in PTA next year to complete the PTA interest form below. Serving as a PTA officer is one of the most rewarding ways to get involved and give back to Bradfield! Roles vary widely, from those that are more home-based to school-based, large time commitment to small time commitment, and individual to team-based. There is a role just right for you!

Our Bronco family is so grateful for Officer Holley, our wonderful SRO officer! This Thursday is our Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. The PTA will be giving treats to Officer Holley to show our joint gratitude.
