A Message from Dr. Hilton

Dear Bradfield Families,

As we wrap up the last week of the fall semester, the Winter Holiday parties are right around the corner. With safety in mind, we hope to make the sign-in process as quick and organized as possible. I ask that you complete the RSVP form if you plan to attend your child's party no later than Tuesday, December 17 at 4:00PM.

Winter Party Check-In Form

The day of the Winter Holiday Party. there will be 3 ways to obtain entrance to the school. All visitors will be required to wear their badge throughout their time on campus.

Parents with Volunteer Badges will be able to scan their badge quickly to enter the building.
Guests who have participated in the office check-in system this year by providing their driver's license to obtain a badge, will pick up their pre-printed RSVP badge to enter the building.
Guests who have not participated in the office check-in system this year, will need to present a valid driver's license to obtain a temporary badge.

Winter Holiday Schedule: December 19

PreK: 1:00pm

Kindergarten: 9:15am

1st Grade: 2:00pm

2nd Grade: 1:30pm

3rd Grade: 2:00pm

4th Grade: 2:30pm

Congratulations to staff member Natalie Novak and her husband, Jonathan on the birth of their new daughter. Hadley Palmer Novak arrived on November 14 weighing 7.13 lbs. and was 21 in. long. Proud siblings are Beau and Harper.

A special thank you to Dads Club and the Alexis family for catering a holiday luncheon for the staff this week from Birdie’s Eastside. Thank you to Angie Shank, Holly Navarre, and Colly Beecherl for beautifully decorating the FDR and for setting up the luncheon. The ambience was festive and the food was delicious. Thank you, for your kind generosity and for showing your appreciation for our staff.

As always, I hope you all are having an amazing weekend, and I will see you on the front steps on Monday.

PTA News

A Message from our PTA President, Rachel Reed

This week, PTA was able to carry out one of our favorite annual traditions - providing holiday gifts to all Bradfield staff members. Thank you, all PTA supporters. Without you, these financial gifts would not be possible! We also extend a great thanks to our Gift Chairs, Stephanie Ernst and Allison Small, who coordinated this activity and made sure each staff member also received a fun token of our appreciation.

I also want to thank our Treasury team of Meredith Baird, Margaret Neubauer and Allison Small. These ladies work behind the scenes every week to look after PTA’s funds and ensure our expenses are paid, our accounts are accurate, and our budget aligns with our goal of supporting our school.

With this, our final bulletin of 2024, I want to wish each Bradfield family and staff member a wonderful holiday season. I hope the time off allows you to relax and come back refreshed in January. Finally, thank you, all members of Broncoland, for your support, involvement and engagement throughout all of 2024. The love you show our school is truly incredible!
