A Message from Dr. Hilton
Dear Bradfield Families,
| | To all the incredible Bradfield mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and guardians—thank you for the endless love, strength, and support you provide each day. Your dedication, care, and nurturing spirit shape not only your children's lives but also the heart of our entire school family. Happy Mother’s Day! | | Second graders participated in their traditional Mother’s Day Tea where mothers were presented with adorable hats and personalized letters. A special thank you to second grade teachers Caroline Fischer, Kay Jones, Pattye Knight, Leigh Anne Ulrich, Melissa Montgomery, and Lindsey Young for organizing this festive occasion and to our Dads Club who helped sponsor the event. | | We also welcomed a new principal last Thursday. Fourth grader, Jeb Sporich was Principal of the Day and was a natural. He kicked off our day with fun music, announced proclamations for the students and staff on BBTV, and even helped Dr. Rockwood distribute birthday cakes. If I ever need a substitute in the future, I know who can step in and not miss a beat. Thank you, Principal Sporich for doing a fabulous job! | | Congratulations to Sarah Nelson, Julie Kilgore, Laura Reed, and Mandy Walker who were recognized by Park Cities Learning Differences Association (PCLDA) for going above and beyond for students with learning differences. Way to go, ladies! | | |
The Bradfield Staff cannot begin to express our gratitude for being showered with love this week for Staff Appreciation Week. Each day was filled with special touches from so many. We would like to extend a special thank you to Holly Navarre for leading the charge with her wonderful team of volunteers as well as PTA, Todd Fidler, and Dads Club for going above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. From breakfast tacos, Hot Shots Coffee, JD’s Chippery, Hamburger Man, Ruthie’s Food Truck, and flowers, we were treated like royalty to say the least. We are honored to have the opportunity to work side by side with your most precious jewels! Thank you for your generosity, kindness, and support. We are forever grateful.
I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weekend, and I will see you all tomorrow morning.
Kindly,
Dr. Aimee Hilton

As we are drawing near to the end of school, please stop by and pick up all medication that you have for your child in the clinic. Any medication not picked up on the last day of school will be discarded, as we are not allowed to store medications over the summer. This includes Epi-Pens, inhalers, and all prescription and over-the counter medications.
Thank you for a wonderful 2024-2025 school year.
Have a happy and healthy summer!

A Message from our PTA President, Rachel Reed
What a Sun-sational week at Bradfield! Staff Appreciation Week is one of PTA’s favorite events of the entire year. While it is impossible to ever fully convey our appreciation for Bradfield’s incredible staff, we can surely try! PTA owes a tremendous thanks to VP Teacher Liaison, Holly Navarre, for coordinating the ENTIRE Staff Appreciation Week. Thank you, Holly, for the countless hours you spent and endless work you did on behalf of all of PTA to shower our staff with love and gestures of appreciation this week! From Staff Appreciation to Book Fair to Yearbook to Art Show, we have all benefited greatly from Holly’s dedication to Bradfield and PTA over the entire year.
With the school year nearing an end, PTA also wants to recognize the dedication and commitment of Jourdy Wallace and Lee Drummond, Cafeteria Finance Chair and Cafeteria Finance Chair Elect. Not only have these ladies provided great support to the incredible Cafeteria Volunteer team all year long, but they also represented Bradfield on HPISD’s cafeteria committees. Finally, we thank Jourdy and Lee for supporting our wonderful cafeteria staff of Susan, Debra, Joyce and Jaime.
And last but not least, wishing all of you moms a very, very happy Mother’s Day!
With Gratitude,
Rachel
