February 11: Deadline to Pay Any Spring 2022 Fee Balance After Financial Aid Disbursement. See the payment options here.
February 12: Return to In-Person Instruction. Weekday classes begin February 14. Refer to your emails from Provost Levine and the Office of Student Success for more information and tips. Use the Instruction Modes guide to confirm if any of your classes are Face-to-Face or Hybrid.
February 15: COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. Cal Poly Pomona is hosting a pop-up vaccine clinic open to everyone — students, employees, their families and members of the community. More pop-up clinics may be scheduled. The vaccines are free to everyone, and you don’t have to be a Cal Poly Pomona student to receive one. The clinic is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the University Library Patio. Learn more and sign up here.
February 28: Deadline for COVID-19 vaccine booster shot. All employees and students must receive a vaccine booster by Feb. 28, or six months after the final dose of the original vaccination, whichever is later to be considered fully immunized and in compliance with CSU interim policy. Know where to find the campus map. You can find it here or in the CPP Mobile App (downloadable in your phone's app store). Next week, Orientation Leaders will be stationed across campus to help you with wayfinding.
Know how to find your classrooms. Your BroncoDirect Class Schedule will have the building and room info. For example, a class in Bldg 9 Rm 305 is located in Building 9 on the third floor in room 305. There are classrooms in both the Library and Bookstore buildings.
Set up your Eduroam WiFi access. You can set it up now off-campus so the next time you come to CPP you automatically connect. Find a stable internet connection and then click on the wizard setup here.
Get a free planner. The Office of Student Success has about 1,800 planners left January-August planners. Pick one up at the Bronco Advising Center (Student Services Building, first floor, blue counter).
Find your hangout spot. If you'll be spending more time on campus, you can hang out in and around the Bronco Student Center, University Library or BRIC -- ask Billy Chat (for undergraduate students) or check their websites for specific hours. Outside spots include the University Quad, University Park, and the Plaza in the Old Stables.
Get your parking permit. You can park in any of the student lots: Parking Lots B, E1/E2, F1/F3/F5/F9/F10, J3-J8, M, and Parking Structures I and II. You need a semester permit, a flex permit, or a day permit to park on campus. Buy a semester or flex permit here, and find day permit dispensers in the lots.
Get your Foothill Transit Class Pass. Enrolled CPP students can get a free Foothill Transit Class Pass. Learn how to get one here.

Throughout Spring 2022: OUR Research Workshops. All students from all majors are welcome to attend a series of research workshops hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR). Topics include getting started in research, choosing a research topic, writing a literature review, and more! Recorded workshops are also available. Find more info and RSVP here.
February 14-16: Data for Student Activists. Empower yourself with a new workshop series from the University Library. Over three workshops, we’ll teach attendees about what data is and how to use it, the basics of mapping power, and the value of requesting public information for organizing.
