"Red" being his lifelong nickname as he has always had red hair, started this business in 1976. With Red's Mom, Dad and entire family by his side he left his job at Xereox, he made just enough money to follow the American dream, opening up his own restaurant.

The Brook House has been a fixture on the Ridge, in Greece, for 40 years. Since 1976, they have been serving Italian-American cuisine with a congenial welcome that brings customers back again and again. The restaurant's first location was in a historic 1800's home on West Ridge Road. Twenty years later the Brook House Restaurant relocated to Elmridge Plaza. Even with doubling the seating capacity, Red and the entire Brook House family still provide excellent food, service and reasonable prices and best of all everything is still done with their personal touch.

Red embraces the entire community as his own extended family, greeting, seating and chatting with everyone. Red puts his all into his establishment always striving to provide the very best for his customers. (submitted by William Fedele)
