2022-23 School Theme: 60 Years - A Tradition of Excellence
Time is flying by and each year is going faster and faster. It feels like the seniors were Middle School students only yesterday! It has been so much fun preparing for the upcoming Spring Concert. Students have embraced the effort, from studying the cultural origins of our music, tying in current events related to the music, analyzing the text, and learning about American Sign Language and other languages. We have had a wonderful time working on the music as an ensemble.
As we approach this final concert of the year and graduation, we can’t help but think of the commitment of our seniors and the encouragement they’ve received. Many members of the Class of 2023 have been in Choir for all four years of Upper School, and many of them began participating in Middle School. Their dedication and talents have helped our program thrive, and they have acted as role models for younger students.
Especially during this time - near the end of the year - we hope students will carry the love of music, and all the arts, forward with them.
