Traffic Safety Reminder! School ends at 3:15 pm. Arriving between 3:25–3:30 pm for pick-up, especially for Middle School and Upper School students, helps reduce congestion and makes the process easier for everyone. Please consider this option. For additional information to make dismissal and pick-up easier, see the MyBA parent portal.

BA Spirit Store: Join the Brookfield Academy community and keep BA strong by proudly wearing our BA apparel! The BA Spirit Store in Patriots Hall will be open from 11 am to 1 pm, the first Friday of each month for October, November, and December. The team is seeking volunteers to work in the store during Homecoming Week. Visit the Volunteer Hub to volunteer. Spirit wear can be ordered online as well. The spirit wear team will update the website with fun specials throughout the year, so check back often.

School Calendar Information: There are two school calendars on the website. The Activities Calendar contains Upper School and Middle School/Level 5 athletics, club activities, and all theatre schedules. The Google Calendar contains division and all-school events, academic and parent events, and assemblies. A printed calendar is available for purchase through the BA Spirit Store. Please note: Updates to the printed calendar will appear on the BA Google calendar.

Host Family Needed: We have an Upper School international student in need of housing for the current school year. A stipend is given to all international host families. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Dr. Larry Pesch.

Music Lessons with CODA: Lessons through CODA, the private music lesson after-school program at Brookfield Academy, began this week. Limited lesson times remain. More information here. Please note that payment is due before the first lesson. The fee schedule can be found here.

Mission Academy is a workshop that consists of three, 40-minute sessions designed to share the history and Mission of Brookfield Academy. They help new parents transition smoothly, access all BA offers, and connect with other families. Session I is September 14, Session II is September 21, and Session III is September 28. To register, email Linda Pryor.

Social Media: If you're at a BA event and get a great image of your student, please submit it to [email protected]. We're always looking for content. Please include a few details about the event and the names of students in the photo. We'll use as many as we can.
