On May 5, 2022, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted proposed lease guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels. The proposed guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts, and hotel units effective between 10/1/2022 and 9/30/2023 can also be found in the 2022 Notice of Public Hearings and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Rules.
