Health Records FYI
If your child is graduating or will not be returning next year, now is the time to ensure you have all necessary health records. Most recent physical exams and immunization records can be accessed through the Magnus portal until the end of the school year. After that, records will remain available; however, for students no longer enrolled at Brooks, they must be obtained by contacting the Magnus Health Helpdesk at (919) 800-0356. If you have questions or need help accessing records please contact the Health & Wellness Center.

Class of 2025 Rafting Trip
On May 27, the class of 2025 will go on their annual rafting trip. We need all parents/guardians to complete the waiver in order for their student to participate. Instructions for waiver:

- The landing page in Magnus has a list of forms to complete. Scroll all the way to the bottom to see the waiver and release form. You should see a little red tag on the left that says "to do."

The time is now to begin signing up for packing services! Students are not permitted to store items on campus during the summer months, so be sure to reserve your spot for full-service summer storage from Dorm Room Movers.

Concert on Grandparents and Special Friends Day
Join us in the Center for the Arts theater on May 10 for a special concert featuring Brooks’s two rock bands, two jazz bands and the cast of the spring musical "Hadestown." The concert will begin at 11:10 a.m. and feature music by Bill Withers, Miles Davis and No Doubt, among other artists, plus a closing number from the show.

Student Debit Account Balances: Withdraw or Use Soon!

Sixth-form parents: Students' debit account funds should be utilitzed (purchases in the store or snack bar) or withdrawn (in the Business Office) on or prior to May 30. The Business Office will not be open on Commencement Weekend, May 31 - June 1, and students will be unable to withdraw funds on those dates. Balance in excess of $200? Please contact Accountant Christine Llewellyn to give explicit permission for the balance to be withdrawn by your student or to coordinate an alternate method of refund. Balances remaining after June 1 will be converted to a Brooks Fund gift.

Third-, fourth- and fifth-form parents: Debit account funds are only available for use or withdrawal during the academic year and must be used or withdrawn on or prior to June 5 if you wish to zero-out the account. Debit account funds that are not utilized or withdrawn by June 5 will be carried over to the following school year for use. If your student is not returning, funds must be used or withdrawn prior to June 5. Funds cannot be transferred to another school/account.

Brooks School Sweater: Pre-Order Now!
The school store is excited to announce that they are collecting pre-orders for Brooks School cotton-knit sweaters! Purchased sweaters will be available for pickup at the school store in the late fall of 2025.
To place your pre-order, complete this order form and submit it to Store Manager Joey Bova. Order forms must be submitted by May 28.
Not sure what size to order? Refer to the size chart for more details. Photo examples of this cotton sweater made for another school are also included below.
