Report Cards and Advisor Reports
Semester 2 Report Cards and Advisor Reports will be available in OnBrooks on Wednesday, June 16, as of 12 p.m. EST. Graduating sixth-form students and not-returning students will have until Wednesday, June 23, to access these reports. The college office will send out final transcripts on behalf of the class of 2021 towards the end of the month. Please contact Registrar Lisa Saunders if you need assistance with OnBrooks.
Sixth-Form Parents/Guardians: Important Information!

Please register all guests and submit any outstanding documentation (proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test) for all guests registered to attend festivities this weekend to graduation@brooksschool.org as soon as possible. All pertinent information regarding graduation can be found on the Commencement 2021 page of our website.

  • Medical Forms Colleges, summer camps and sport programs often require a copy of your child’s physical examination and immunization records. The Health & Wellness Center recommends that you log in to Magnus now to print a copy of any documents you may need. After July 1, the health records for current sixth-formers will be archived and you will need to call Magnus Health for access.

  • Move-Out Process for Boarders *If you are a local family and would like to move the bulk of your child’s belongings prior to Prize Day, you may come on June 5, ideally between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. but are not restricted to that window of time.

Appreciation Week is Here!
Thank you to all of the parents who have already supported Appreciation Week with a gift! We are so grateful for your generosity to this year-end drive for the Brooks Fund. Your gifts are making a difference. We are more than halfway to our goal of 164 donors. If you have yet to visit our Appreciation Week site, we encourage you to do so, as there are student messages of appreciation for community members, as well as an opportunity to add your own message via the message board. If you have any questions about making your gift to the Brooks Fund, please contact Mary Merrill. Thank you!
Boarding Families: Move-Out Reminder
  • Only students (non-sixth-formers) who are taking SATs on June 5 will be allowed to stay on campus.
  • All other students must depart campus no later than June 4 by 4:30 p.m.
Summer Reading List
Click to read a letter from Dean of Academic Affairs Susanna Waters and learn about summer reading requirements.
During their "Senior Week" trip to Maine this week, the class of 2021 had the opportunity to go whitewater rafting!
Summer Session Reminder
Looking for some educational and enriching ways to keep your child busy this summer? There is still time to sign up for Brooks School's Summer Session! Please take a look at Summer Session's flyer for more information and visit the Summer Session page to view the current course list and to register for classes. As a reminder, these are different from the classes offered through Brooks Summer Programs, which do not offer Brooks Credit and are not taught by Brooks Teachers. Thank you!

Textbook Buybacks
This year, our textbook buyback will be online via Valore Books (Follett no longer comes to campus to facilitate the process): View/download Valore's textbook buyback details.

If you rented textbooks from Follett and it says the return date is June 4, please do not worry as there is a 10-day grace period to allow for shipping time back to the warehouse. Also, please note: If your child does not want to sell back their books, they can donate current titles to our Admission Office. Contact Associate Director of Admission, Director of Financial Aid Pat Foley or Associate Director of Admission, Assistant Director of Financial Aid Jenelle Ries for details.
