Brooks Together
We are at the halfway mark! Thank you to all of the parents who have already contributed to this year's Brooks Together drive. This year your donations are directly benefiting our students and faculty by supporting expenses related to the pandemic. As this image reflects, the school has made significant investments in our program this year. With four weeks to go in our eight-week drive, we ask that all parents please consider a donation this year. Your gift sends a powerful message of support for our school. If you have any questions or would like to make your gift, please contact Mary Merrill.
Sixth-Form Parents: Send Us Your Pictures by April 15!
We are looking forward to running our Senior Spotlight Instagram Series once more this year (click on individual names to view) and we need your help! Please take a moment, by April 15, to send an existing photo you'd like us to try to use. Please orient the image vertically and email it directly to Nicole Jackson (select "actual size" when emailing). We are also asking for any group pictures you might have of your child and their friends throughout their time at Brooks for the annual senior slideshow. Thank you for your help.
Spring Schedule
As a reminder, please note there have been some adjustments to the daily schedule. Click for all details and a visual layout, noting the revisions in the bottom paragraph of the first page. You can also view the weekly schedules through the end of the year.
Spring Gear Stores Are Open
Order your 2021 spring activities gear today! The athletics department has partnered with BSN Sports to provide sport-specific team gear to all students and their families. Orders must be placed by March 29 at 11:59 p.m.

While placing your order, please be sure to double check sizes, items, quantities and that you are on the correct store website. Due to the custom nature of the items, exchanges and returns are not possible. Items will be delivered to campus within three or four weeks of the store’s closing. Community Appreciation Luncheon and Raffle
Every year, parents come together to celebrate the hard work of Brooks employees during our annual Community Appreciation Luncheon and Raffle. In typical years, parent volunteers handle all aspects of the event -- from cooking to preparing the room to organizing the raffle items -- and are on campus to help during the lunch. While this year is certainly different and we have had to pivot, what better time than now to say, "Thank you!" for all that the faculty and staff have done in this difficult year!

A grab-and-go lunch will be held on campus on May 5,
while the raffle will be held virtually to allow all community members that chance to enter.

How can you help? Donations can be made toward the purchase of prepared food from a local business (given COVID restrictions, we are holding off on homemade food until next year).

We are also in need of raffle items. Some examples of items from years past include restaurant and coffee shop gift certificates, themed gift baskets, sporting event tickets, experiences, golf outings . . . anything and everything is accepted and appreciated. No gift is too small! (If you are not local and cannot physically deliver a raffle item but would like to help, you can also provide a donation which a parent will use to purchase an item at one of our many great local businesses).

You will hear more information over the coming weeks, but if you would like to contribute, be involved or receive more information, please contact Jeannie Sullivan P’22 or Nicole Jackson. Thank you!
