Winter Term Update
The 2020 Winter Term course catalog will be published by the end of the school day on Nov. 15. Course selection sheets are due before students leave on Thanksgiving Break. Our hope is that your child will consult with you regarding their Winter Term choices, especially about courses that require an extra fee. Course rosters will be finalized by the second week of Dec.

Be sure to set aside the evening of Jan. 24 to attend the Winter Term Symposium, where you can see all that your child worked on throughout the three weeks! All students will start Winter Term on Jan. 7 in the Chapel at 8 a.m. If you have questions, please contact Associate Head for Academic Affairs Lance Latham : (978) 725-6252.
Brooks Together
Many of the exciting things happening on campus -- from academic programming to athletics competitions and from health and wellness initiatives to the fall play -- are due to the impact of a successful Brooks Fund . This year we are striving to raise $2.4 million for the 2019-2020 Brooks Fund. This school-wide annual initiative directly impacts the day-to-day experience of our students, faculty and staff. Along with our alumni donors, parents play a key role in reaching the annual Brooks Fund goal. In recent years the parent participation drive, Brooks Together , has occurred in the late fall. This year, we are moving Brooks Together to the spring.

Of course, we are thrilled to talk with you about your philanthropic support of Brooks at any point in the year. If you would prefer a conversation prior to the tax year end, please contact Director of Annual Giving and Donor Relations Mary Merrill . Thank you for your consideration and support of Brooks!
A Note for Fifth-Form Parents
The Students on the Forefront of Science (SFS) program information night will take place on Nov. 12 at 6:15 p.m. in the Science Forum. All fifth-form students who are interested in learning more about the 2020 program are encouraged to attend. Click to read an overview of the program .
