This past weekend a number of updates were deployed to production. We are still working to document these items, but we wanted to highlight some of the biggest changes. The ability to load assessment data for Acadience (formerly DIBELS Next), aimsWebPlus and Renaissance Star Assessments (Math, Reading, Early Literacy) have been added. We are confirming their functionality and documenting those configuration steps. The details will be added to our Product Catalog over the course of the week, and we will be demonstrating these on our next district update webinar (see below). The addition of these assessments will be especially helpful for districts planning to implement the MiRead system, as they will greatly expand the assessment options available.
In the Utilities menu, we have changed the ODS Reset functionality to now serve as ODS Management. The reason for that change is that districts can now create ODSs (databases that store your data) for previous or future years. Simply enter the school year to create (2015-2016, for instance) and click on submit to generate the ODS. Once the process completes, the ODS will be available to populate. This will be very helpful to districts attempting to load historical data for Eidex and other tools that need several years of roster information.
Improvements have also been made to the Custom Export Tool. When you choose "Reports" > "Manage Custom Exports", you will find that there is no longer an “Edit” button to edit a query set or individual query. Instead, the name of the query or query set is a clickable link that will take you into edit mode. This is a more intuitive navigation that simplifies the use of the tool. A correction to fix an export issue as well as to update the logo have also been added.
Numerous other minor changes and corrections have been added, but the items above are the most visible pieces.
