Federated Logins
One of the newer features that we have been working on is the ability to have students and schools staff log into educational applications with their district logins in either Google Suite or Microsoft Active Directory. The process of connecting that information to the data hub SSO is called federation. Specifically, we utilize Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to allow for that to happen. The first vendor to utilize this method of connecting is Algebra Nation, and we currently have a cohort of districts in the process of onboarding with a combined data flow and SSO. If you are interested in Algebra Nation integration specifically, or the federation piece on its own, please submit a ticket to [email protected] to let us know.
