The At-A-Glance report has proven time and time again to be one of the best “go-to” reports in the Data Hub Cockpit to review when verifying the integrity of data published from your Student Information System to the Michigan Data Hub. The At-A-Glance Report provides users with an aggregated view of published data, including: student counts (district, school, grade level), program information, racial/ethnicity counts, courses, absences, discipline, current course grades (varies on the Student Information System used), academic marks, and much more. We heard from users of this report that a value add for schools would be to create a “drill down” type option on certain fields - and as of the last update we have implemented this enhancement. Users can now select certain fields and review the data behind the number.
Example: If you would like to identify who the students are without schedules of the 76 students enrolled in 1st grade in a school building, you now can simply click on the appropriate link to verify those students and make adjustments in your SIS as needed.
