A Conversation With

Ross Gay

Kick off your new year with a conversation about joy with best-selling essayist and award-winning poet Ross Gay. An exploration of the joy we incite when we turn our attention to what we love and what brings us together, Ross will discuss his most recent collection of essays, Inciting Joy, with performance poet Dan “Sully” Sullivan. 


This virtual event on Zoom is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

NEW Reading Challenge

Explore your library and all the fun reading has to offer-all while earning badges on a virtual bingo card! Collect badges for logging your reading, completing activities, submitting book reviews, and earning bingos. Earn tickets to then use to win prizes!

Adult Book Bundles

Book Bundles are a way for you to get 3 hand-selected books based on your reading interests. When you check out a Bundle you’re checking out each book and they can be returned separately. Keep what you’re enjoying and return anything else at your convenience.

Book Box

These Boxes are made for Teens (grades 7th-12th), Middle Schoolers (grades 4th-6th), and Elementary (grades 1st - 3rd). Each Book Box will include a book based on your reading preferences, fun treats, and a survey card.

StoryTime

Join us every Wednesday at 10 AM for StoryTime! Each week we have a different theme that we focus on as we listen to stories, sing songs, make a craft and play with toys.


StoryTime is a program for children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers to interact together with books to help build early literacy.

StoryTime in a Box

These StoryTime in a Box are available for 1-week checkouts. These boxes are designed for parents and caregivers who want to create a fun StoryTime experience for their children at home. Each box is centered around a theme and includes picture books, manipulatives, and activities.

Afternoon Craft Corner

Come make different snow-themed crafts at the library after school this month!


This is a free program for all ages. 

Book Club

Our monthly Book Club's December pick was "Six Cats A Slayin'" by Miranda James. Come ask for a copy at the library front desk or you can listen to the audiobook on hoopla. Even if you haven't read this month's book come to enjoy talking about books with fellow readers.

Mini-est Mini Golf

Make your own table-top putt putt! We provide everything you need to create a mini miniature golf hole complete with obstacles.


This is a free program for those ages 6 - 11.

Mystery Monday

Do you like a mystery? If so come crack the codes to solve the mystery at the library! Once you solve the mystery you will receive a prize!


This is a free program for those ages 12 - 18.

Hoopla can be used as a mobile app or on a web browser. Just simply log in with your library card number and PIN to have instant access to digital books, music, movies, and more. Check out 4 instant borrows every month.
