The Brownsburg Public Library Board of Trustees and leadership team have made the decision to close to the public as of Monday, March 16 at 5 p.m.
This was a painful decision for us as we know that many of you rely on us on a daily basis to access resources and information. However, we felt compelled to do our part to help stem the tide of this pandemic in our community. We are closing to protect the health of our staff, our town, and our patrons. Closing will offer greater benefit to the social distancing effort to limit the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. We plan to reopen with normal hours and services on
Monday, April 6
- but we will continue to assess the situation to determine if a longer closure is necessary

If you have any items to bring back to us, we'll continue to accept these in our outdoor book return. If you place a hold, these items will be waiting for you to pick up when we reopen.
