Our Vendor's New Venture

Congratulations to our vendors Tina and Orion Weldon, of TerraPurezza, for signing a longterm agreement with Willie and Annie Nelson to build a regenerative farm on the Nelsons' Luck, Texas ranch. TerraPurezza has been a member our market for a couple of years, selling pork, eggs and chicken meat. In the meantime, the Weldons have been building a cutting-edge regenerative agricultural farm on their land in Spicewood, while also building a family (first baby, Leonis, arrived this spring). Read the full article about their new venture in the  Austin Chronicle....

It's a heat extinguisher for a hot Texas summer! New at market this week, Bubb's Seltzer offers small batch bitters, seasonal seltzer syrups, and ice cold seltzer sure to slake your thirst without wrecking the environment. Bubbs Seltzer brings zero waste to a notoriously wasteful bottled water industry, with bottles that can be returned, washed and refilled for another journey. Flavor their 6x filtered and UV purified seltzer water with their syrups and shrubs: tamarind sarsaparilla; bitter lemon, yaupon, and chamomile; hibiscus, blood orange and rose; coffee cherry cascara; spicy ginger, Yuctan honey - and many more!
