The 2026 discussions will be held in the Council Chamber of Town Hall at 660 Primrose Street, and are open to public input:

• Jan 14, 2026 - Committee of the Whole - 10 am
• Jan 28, 2026 - Committee of the Whole - 10 am

Agendas will be available the week prior to the meeting date on the Town's calendar.



Ways to Engage in the Process

• Attend the meeting, ask questions, and provide input.
• Write to Council:
• Email qbtown@qualicumbeach.com 
• Deliver to 201-660 Primrose St, Qualicum Beach, V9K 1S7, or in the secure dropbox at the front of Town Hall (nearest the fountain).
• Note: Comments to be considered by Council at the meetings should be received by noon the day before the Committee of the Whole meeting.
