Abortion expansion and deregulation was removed from the final NYS 2019 Budget!
The battle however is far from over. Pro-choice special interest groups and legislators, as well as the Governor, are continuing to push for abortion-expanding policy, and will continue, until the NYS legislative session ends in June, 2018.
