The DC Environmental Network is pleased to invite you to a special budget conversation with newly elected, and recently sworn-in, Ward 2 Councilmember, Brooke Pinto.
DCEN has not had a chance to get to know Brooke and are excited that we will be able to share with her our fundamental budget principles:

- Fund Wildlife Rehabilitation that Keeps Us Safe
- Support Pandemic Recovery Relief for DC Residents
Our budget conversation agenda:
- 3:30-3:45: DC Environmental Network Budget Update! How have we done so far?
- 3:45 - 4:15: Councilmember Pinto will join us! Key environmental leaders will share their thoughts on the budget process so far and share concerns.
- 4:15 - 4:30: Environmental leaders and advocates discuss with each other final advocacy needs as we approach the final vote on July 28th.
