Pre-convention Budget Presentations
A Zoom presentation of the budget will be offered for all delegates
and other interested parties

  • This pre-convention presentation will save time for other items on the convention agenda.
  • Although you will not be asked to vote on a budget during the convention, this presentation will cover important information you will want to have.
  • There will be time for input and questions.
  • There are two opportunities to participate in this presentation.
  1. Thursday, November 5, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
  2. [Repeated] on Saturday, November 7, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
  • You may join either of these Zoom budget presentations here.

Elections Updates (this information is not on webpage)
Please be aware of some upcoming elections e-communications
and training dates

  • Important voting training information and credentials will be coming to you via email directly from Data on the Spot (DOTS), our elections platform provider, on November 6.
  • Voters/non-voters, please note that any email coming from Data on the Spot is not JUNK email and if you do not receive an email on November 6 from DOTS, please check your SPAM file!
  • The email will offer you two opportunities to participate in training for the elections process.
  1. Wednesday, November 11, 5:00-7:30 p.m.
  2. [Repeated] Saturday, November 14, 10:00 am-12:30 p.m.
  • Please note that there will be neither time nor opportunity for elections training at convention itself.
  • You may join either of these Zoom elections trainings here.

Delegate Orientations (this information is not on webpage)
These are open to all new delegates and any returning delegates who might wish to familiarize themselves with a new virtual experience

  • There are two opportunities to participate in Zoom delegate orientations.
  1. Friday, November 20, 9:30-10:15 a.m.
  2. [Repeated] on Friday, November 20, 4:30-5:15 p.m.
  • Please note that there will be neither time nor opportunity for orientation at convention itself.
  • You may join either of these Zoom orientation sessions here.

General Reminders
There are several things to keep in mind before convention

  • Please familiarize yourself with the convention materials, particularly the agenda, candidates for offices, and the resolutions that will be voted on.
  • You may find all convention information on the diocesan website here.
  • The Pre-Convention Journal will act as your road map through convention itself, see below.
How Do I Join
the Business Sessions and/or Holy Eucharist?

  • If you have vote, voice, or speaking role you will join convention business sessions via Zoom. All Zoom information will be provided the week of November 15.
  • Anyone without vote, voice, or speaking role may livestream convention business sessions by going to: the diocesan webpage and clicking on corresponding image provided — see below left.
  • Everyone will join Holy Eucharist livestream by going to the diocesan webpage and clicking on the corresponding image provided — see below right. This is a different link from convention business session livestream (note images below).

Prayer Room during Convention
Members of Anamchara Fellowship and Daughters of the King will offer, virtually, a place for personal prayer and reflection throughout the convention.

Prayer requests and reflections may be sent to a confidential email address that will be visible on the screen during convention.
