The 238th Annual Convention is just a few weeks away.
Finance and Budget
Two finance and budget presentation sessions will be held via Zoom during the week of November 7, 2022. Those sessions are scheduled for:

Each session is scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. Convention will be asked to approve the 2023 preliminary budget, so it will be helpful for voters to attend one of these sessions. No sessions will be held the day of the convention.

Amended Resolutions
Links to amended resolutions as discussed at the Resolutions Hearing on October 23, 2022, can be found here. These resolutions will be voted on at the 238th Convention.
Important reminders:
Elections Training

Training on the election’s platform will be offered by Data on the Spot (DOTS), the elections vendor, on:

  • Saturday, November 5, 2022, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • Thursday, November 10, 2022, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Voters or potential voters need to attend one of these sessions and plan on 15-30 minutes for training.
 
Even if you were trained last year, please plan to attend a training session on one of the scheduled days as a refresher. You may attend for as long as you need. You may sign off when you are comfortable with the process.
 
Delegates, alternates, and certified canonical clergy will receive an e-mail from Data on the Spot with training information. Please be on the lookout for this communication. The Zoom links for the voter training will not be posted on the convention webpage. If you are a voter and do not receive an e-mail from Data on the Spot, please check your spam folder.
 
Please note there will be no training available the day of convention, so it is essential that voters and potential voters participate in one of the above trainings.
Orientation for First Time Delegates and Alternates

Orientation for delegates, alternates and certified clergy attending convention for the first time will be held in person on:

  • Friday, November 18, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., University of Delaware – Clayton Hall, room 120

The session should last approximately 30 minutes.
