Build a Miracle
Take a Look at the Community Center Summer Program!
Dear Build a Miracle Friends,
With the summer coming to an end and school starting, there has been some time to reflect on all the incredible things that have been accomplished at the Community Center, which was only possible thanks to the generosity of all of you!
As many of you know, the dream of building a Community Center had been just that, a dream, for so long - but now to see this dream actually come true AND to see the impact it is making in the community is nothing short of a Miracle!
Over the summer 430 children came to the Center each day taking classes which allowed them to continue their education, and gave them a safe place to establish new friendships. Some classes offered this summer were Math, English, Spanish, Art, P.E., Robotics,
Sign Language, and Computer Science!
Our scholarship students who are in high school and college, helped to run the summer program, giving back to the community by teaching classes to the younger kids.
These students and young adults inspire the other children to continue their education and serve as fantastic role models.
The parents in the community are extremely active participating and learning skills in our beauty school program, baking classes, couples counseling, parenting classes, Zumba, self- defense classes, and so much more!
The families in the community are SO thankful for the Community Center and volunteer to run the center by cleaning, taking care of children, and working in the kitchen preparing meals for all of the kids who eat there each day.
The support you have given has brought an amazing gift to this community and it continues to grow and change more lives with each passing day!
Thanks for being a part of the Build A Miracle family!

Let us know if you want to come help build miracles!
We usually have room to take people with us on each trip.
If you have a large group that wants to participate, then it works better if you raise the funds for a home or another project so we will have plenty of work for all of you to do.

Just email us if you want to come down and build.
If you don't hear back from us then email again! You won't bother us, it's just that sometimes there aren't enough hours in a day to get to all the emails before they get too far down on the page and are missed :)
